A good caterer in Amsterdam handles more than food. We take care of the whole process, from the first email to cleared tables. So you keep your time for your guests.

Send us the date, location (in or around Amsterdam), the number of guests and the package you want. You will get a personal quote from Koen or Rob within 24 hours.

Confirm & prep
Once confirmed, we start the prep right away so we can guarantee the highest quality. Pay easily via a payment link or by invoice (within 7 days).

Warm delivery
We deliver your order warm in insulated boxes, within 30 minutes of preparation. Delivery in Amsterdam, Amstelveen, Diemen and Zaandam. For longer events we work out together what fits best.

Within the same week we briefly check in for feedback. Your input helps us make every catering job better.

How far in advance do I need to request catering?
We ask at least 48 hours in advance so we can prep your wishes properly. For large groups (50+ people) please give us 5 working days. Last-minute request? Call Koen or Rob and we will do our best.
What is the minimum number of people for catering?
Our catering starts from 8 people. For smaller groups we will gladly point you to our shop at Kinkerstraat 142, or order directly through our online ordering page.
Is everything halal? What about vegan and vegetarian?
Our full menu is halal certified. We have a popular vegan ball that wins over both vegetarians and meat eaters. Gluten-free options are available on request.
Do you also deliver outside Amsterdam?
We deliver across Amsterdam and the surrounding area, Diemen, Amstelveen, Zaandam, Ouder-Amstel. Outside that area we are happy to make a custom quote. Delivery costs are clear and depend on distance and package size.
Can you deliver warm?
Yes. Our meatball sandwiches are delivered warm and fresh, in professional insulated boxes, within 30 minutes of preparation. For longer events we can set up a warming tray on site on request.
What does your catering cost per person?
Our lunch packages run from €8.45 per person (Package 1) to €17.95 per person (Package 3: meatball sandwich, smoothie and a side). Drinks catering is €9.95 per person from 10 people. Delivery costs are clear and depend on distance and package size.
How much does office catering cost in Amsterdam?
An office lunch in Amsterdam with us starts from €8.45 per person (Package 1), up to €17.95 for the full Package 3 with meatball sandwich, smoothie and a side. For weekly or monthly office catering we offer fixed volume rates. That way you keep the budget under control and know what it costs.
Do you also do drinks catering at the Zuidas?
Yes, we deliver drinks catering at the Zuidas, in Amsterdam South and De Pijp every week. From 10 people for €9.95 per person you get snack balls and a selection of cheeses with pickles, delivered warm from our shop on the Kinkerstraat. Drinks events in West, Centre and Amsterdam North are also part of our standard delivery area.
Do you also work with a mobile sandwich station on site?
Sure. For larger events we can set up a mobile sandwich station on request, with a host included. Popular for weddings, drinks events and opening events.
Can I organise a tasting?
For large events (100+ people) we offer a tasting at our shop on the Kinkerstraat. You taste all the toppings and make the final choice together with Koen and Rob.
Do you do halal catering in Amsterdam?
Yes, all our catering is 100% halal. The meatballs, the bread and the toppings. We deliver halal lunch and drinks catering across Amsterdam (South, Zuidas, West, Centre) and surrounding areas.
What is the difference between lunch catering and drinks catering?
Lunch catering is a full meatball-sandwich lunch with sides (fries, salad), meant as a proper lunch at the office. Drinks catering is smaller snack balls and mini focaccia bites, ideal for drinks events. Both are 100% halal, with a vegan option.
